"Dental operation 26/02/14"

My son was admitted to the Day Case Unit for a dental operation. From the lovely warm welcome at the reception desk to the admissions nurse, Student Nurse and Sister, to the anaesthetic nurse, the Anaesthetist, and the Surgeon, the experience was a wonderful patient and family experience. As a healthcare worker myself it is so uplifting to see care given at such a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who did everything they could to reduce any anxieties that we faced, well done DCU.
