(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

A gent named Sid said

“This is how to exercise”

So we got a prescription,

Then we did.

Another gent named So said

““You’re doing it wrong”

nothing for it give it another go!

Then along came Mo

To whip us into shape,

Pretty soon we couldn’t wait to escape!

Karen saw us all through

the blood sweat and tears

She will motivate this mob

In its mature years!

Miss Motivator smiles and

sings along

Helping us to get into higher gears!

But we at the end of it all

we had better have it confessed –

The rehab team

ARE THE BEST!

Thank you so much for your poem, the team loved it. I have tried to make an appropriate response:

The Pulmonary Rehab team are led by Sid

And they are a great bunch of staff.

We’re glad you’re happy with all they did

And they made your rehab a laugh.

The team always go the extra mile

But they really put you to the test.

We deliver our “Service with a smile”

And aim to be the best!
