"Appointment letter was misleading"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I find the system a little confusing. TRAQS chose my clinic quickly and advised me where it would be.

The letter I received from Donnington was confusing. I phoned to get an explanation and it took a couple of minutes of conversation having called the direct number to establish the receiver of the call who was not part of the dermatology team.

When the return call was made, the secretary agreed the letter was misleading and said she would review the response. That notwithstanding, my assessment was quick and I am now awaiting treatment.

Dear 'boatyman '

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear that TRAQS dealt with your referral in an efficient manner. Although your referral was processed by the TRAQS team we note that your comments relate to The Donnington Dermatology Clinic and as such I am unable to comment on their behalf.

Nevertheless, I am pleased to hear that the secretary there is looking into the concerns that you have raised. Thank you again for your comments and we wish you all the best with your treatment.
