"The service was efficient"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I wasn’t aware of the referral until I was contacted by TRAQS.

My GP never informed me until I chased my results, by then I’d booked a date, location etc.

The service was efficient, although I have a previous op/appointment pending, which caused me some confusion as I wasn’t expecting this referral.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the service offered by TRAQS to be efficient. We note that you experienced some confusion in regards to your referrals. Unfortunately, as I am representing TRAQS I am unable to comment on these as this is an issue best commented upon by your GP practice. It may be worth contacting the secretary at your GP practice if you want to discuss the details of your referrals in more detail.
