"timely orthoptic appointment"

My three year old required an urgent eyesight assessment which I thought would be at least a two to three week wait however following referral to the manor we were offered an appointment due to cancellation four days following referral. The receptionist gave good clear instruction of how to find the department and we were seen in a timely manner. The department was well equipped for keeping the little one amused. The staff all had a lovely welcoming presence and had a very good approach with the little one, who also found it a pleasant experience (such a relief). Thank you to all staff involved at the orthoptic department for a very positive experience.
