About: North Middlesex Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

I attended A&E at North Middx Hospital in Feb with my partner after he had an accident with his leg.

I was impressed by the smoothness of the process and thoughtfulness of all the staff we came across.

From reception, but particularly the nurse who treated him with kindness and humour when he was in a lot of pain. Waiting area was clean and it was a much less traumatic experience than we'd feared.

So glad to read that during your partner's treatment the doctors and nurses were able to calm your partner which helped to make the experience less traumatic.
