"Bronte ward Epsom"

About: St Helier Hospital

My husband was moved from accident emergency to brontey ward, day unit was opened up beds put in there, no units clothes left in bags, my husbands is terminally ill, when I got there I looked around staff were hard to find, finally I found a sister, I asked whats happenin, she replied I'm not sure, I said can you please find out. Oh she replied I should have taken bloods earlier. But I'm busy at the moment, my husband was gettin upset doesn't want to be here. Please if you do them I will run the to path lab for you. She replied okay I will get a emergency porter, to take the blood. I asked why there are bags hangin on my husbands bed full fluid. She said oh dear they belong to another patient. Really I was really worried leavin my husband in your care. I showered him, then changed the bed it was full of blood, my freind come with me and my little boy, finally they got my husbands condition sorted out. He comes home on he's way home in a ambulance, the sister called me he's controlled drugs morphine left in the drugs cabinet. Can I go and pick them up, no I have a terminally ill husband you sent him home without medication. There is no one else to pick it up,she is askin if a neighbour or relative, can pick up my husbands controlled drug. she is now sending a car hire. Kingston hospital is not a patch on st helier. The care at st helier is like private care, kingston hospital, bronte ward needs to shape up, with care and being more responsible with drugs and patients
