They ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and then I wasn't seen for an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time, therefore waited 1 hour 25 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes. I appreciate there are emergenies and doctors are taken away, but an hour and 25 is unacceptable.
