"Neuro physio"

About: Poole General Hospital

Just want to say, although I only had my first neuro physio appointment so far, it has been beneficial, the head exercises helps to ease dizziness although I can't balance properly and the problems I had with my left leg, in the past pins and needles (my limping leg), the nurse picked up on some weakness in that leg, I'm hoping that their will be some exercises issued so that I can gain strength back in that leg as well as cure the balance thing. The balance round board that i went on, I don't like to use as after I step off it for a brief ten seconds or so I feel as if my feet as still moving but apart from that, I'm glad that the hospital has issued me appointments for physio and I hope with it on-going, it will help me to gain full balance back and the nurse that I see, has been very kind and understanding so it's a comfort knowing that I'm being cared for and listened too. Thank you Poole hospital.
