"I felt that the explanation helped me to think positive"

I came here after my doctor's recommendation. It was an assessment of my right knee problem. I thought and was told there was some arthritis building up in my knee and hence this problem of walking.

But the Clinician Mr. Chris Creaghan explained the problem very clearly by showing me the xray and a model. How it works and what has happened to my knee.

I felt that the explanation helped me to think positive and not concentrate just on the pain but help myself by making some changes in my thinking also by doing the exercises given. The mantra for me now is: Alignment, Strength and Function.

That I will do and hope to feel better in myself and for my husband who has been very supportive in all of this.
