"A & E claimed they don't have my husband details"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

My husband was brought to the A&E after involving in an accident, when I rang the A&E, they claimed they don't have my husband details, even though they took his details many times before he was taken to the ward. It is hard to believe that they don't have his details despite the checks and treatment they carried out, while he was there. Also, there was no letter or information given to me when I arrived about the police who was at the scene of the accident. We have not heard from anyone, we are unable to trace my husband record.
