"Staff in x-ray department"

About: King George Hospital

Went to collect a relative from the nuclear department. Wasn't sure where to go, signs on entering the hospital not very clear. Decided to try the x-ray department. I stood at the reception area for sometime, 3 members of staff were behind the counter, 1 on the telephone, 1 looking at files, 1 looking at a computer. I waited for sometime but nobody acknowledged me, after a while I asked the lady on the computer if she could give me directions. Which she did. The member of staff in the nuclear department, was hardly welcoming, considering the patients being received in this department, a more friendly & caring approach should be a given. I am also very dismayed as to the amount of negative feedback on this site. Is anybody addressing this?
