"Attended out patient appointment"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Was given earlier appointment Did not see who my GP requested because the appointment was brought forward Did not see the person who on the phone they said I would see Saw a registrar instead Felt like I was wasting their time Not empathetic Spoken to in a manner as if I was stupid did not address what the GP had specifically asked for ,went over same old ground which is not what appointment. was for Walked out as felt it was a complete waste of time and as a health professional disgusted with consultation Left in tears Very bad experience not what you need when you are clearly unwell. When I asked for PALS leaflet receptionist had never heard of them didn't even know what/who they are.?
