My GP referred me on Monday and I was seen the same week. The Consultant was reassuring, helpful, efficient and kind. He was able to explain what the problem was and had even written a comprehensive leaflet explaining my condition and how to manage and treat it. I left feeling as though I had been treated like royalty and am very grateful for this.
