"poor care for daughter in bad pain"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

my Daughter was in severe pain in her stomach under her rib cage called ambulance who told me they do not take people for stomach pain and to give her 2 ibuprofen only when she got to the Hospital was told that she should not have taken them and was given whatever to cancel them out.Still in pain waited 6 hours blood test urine and xray to come out with a syringe filled with Gaviscon . was then given an appointment for ultra sound 2 weeks later. The A&E was not busy around 5 people to be seen the whole time we were there. After phoning to see if i could get an earlier scan, result gallstones to big to pass Was then told to make appointment at Doctors and that they would fax results to them.Made appointment the following day in the evening to be told they had not received anything which was a Wednesday and to make another appointment for Friday, unless i am missing something how long does it take to fax! Absolutely disgusting
