"cavoc day surgery"

Had excellent treatment from arrival (though the cavoc day surgery reception was not clearly marked and as was bleary and scared it was difficult finding it so early in the morning). All the staff were very friendly and there was a homely atmosphere with cheerful nurses - everyone was very efficient. I was lucky enough to be second on the theatre list - when I came out of recovery about 10. 30am, I was given tea and toast, packed off with drugs, wheeled to the car by the nurse where my husband was waiting and was home shortly after 1pm. Can't thank the NHS enough.
