"At last a positive appointment"

I had a bad experience with one of the doctors around 2 years ago, he was very uncaring and basically treated me like i shouldnt be at the hospital. This really put me off going back to the hospital but after my back pain just kept getting so much worse i knew i had to go back so i contacted the Pals and they really helped me by checking my appointment ,so i was reasured i wouldnt see this doctor. I went to my appointment in jan 14 and this time saw a really nice doctor who dianosed me with Ankylosing spondylitis, the very disease the original doctor told me i didnt have and would never have! i just want to say to other people dont give up on getting the answers, as now i can at last get the help that i need! i still feel nervous about going to appointments which is hard as now i know i have to be treated for my As, but fingers crossed that i will always have positive experiences from now on.
