"Day Case Surgery"

Pre/Post op treatment was carried out very well and I was kept informed as to what was happening, the staff acted with a professional manner and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I am a Type 1 diabetic, this is controlled using an insulin pump and I got the impression that none of the staff were familiar with how this worked or diabetes in general. This is not a complaint just an observation. I have had Type 1 Diabetes for nearly 40 years and I have also worked in an NHS hospital for many years.
