my brother was in a car accident and rushed to darent valley. first of all he was dismissed by the staff n left in the corridor even thou he came in a ambulance and was bleeding from the head. after about 10mins he was finnally seen by a doctor who checked his vitals, then told the nurse toclean him up and sign him out. Just outside the hospital by brother collapsed. he had bitten through his tongue and had quite serious head injuries. We called for staff but the were not in a hurry to come out to us. when they did another doctor checked him over and was discussded that he was released so early. he was then sent for a few scan etc. and had stitches in his tongue.
