"My Gran had a shortness of breath"

(as a relative),

On visiting my gran this morning she was had shortness breath and chest pain, . so I phoned an ambulance and I was panicking but the call handler put me at ease right away

I can only imagine how anxious you must have been to find your gran unwell. I'll let my colleagues in the Ambualnce Control Centre know what a difference they made to your awful situation this morning.

In the meantime, I'm really glad you are feeling more at ease, and I hope your gran's much better.

Thanks she is being kept in for further tests, but we hope she will be home soon
