"I feel I was discharged too soon"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Started well and I seemed to make good progress. However, I feel I was discharged by the practice too soon, and have continued to experience problems.

Given the protracted time involved in securing attention in the first instance however, I am reluctant to try and go back.

Meanwhile, the problem continues while I look for alternative means of treatment.
