"They listened with care and understanding"

I was sent to Whiston Hospital podiatry. I was seen by two people who took a look at my feet with care. The explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They also explained my three options that I had and explaind that I also had a choice of hospitals too. Their names were Gareth and Liz and they listened to what trouble I was having with my feet with care and understanding which I did not get a few years ago at Fazakerly Hospital. So given a choice of where my care will be, I chose Whiston again
