attaended a group ran by sps,had very bad treatment frm team and other patients.the same psycologists work privately,i know that they dont regard patients the way they do their private clients,or treat them in the same manner.took ages to start group,presumably because the pygst involved spent months and months preparing the paper work,that should be universal.in other words dragging it out.and by my experience spent time doing background checks,more dragging out..when the goup started it offered some hope,but very quickly deteriorated,and abuse followed.i witnessed bullying by patients on patients,and the team did nothing..it was appalling.then the team started,snipeing at me for no reason..next,was the sid team leader didnt discose their contact with me outside the group which was part of the goup commitment..in a word witheld info that affected my security and well being in the group..things deterioratd further when an unprovoked attack happened to me by afellow patient.i had no warning and it caused me to breakdown at home and self harm..i tried calling bthe psgt after loads of times to no avail,eventually got thru..next group,i talked to said pygt and to my hooror denied not answering my calls,insted said that they had called me..in othre words lied to me in front of the group which made me very confused upset and after the previus incidents loose all trust in sps...their were commitments expected by the team to the patients very few were respected,eiter by the patients or defineately the team..ive been put thru a very bad couse of treatment,which iwasnt able to finish because the psgts were claerly on a jolly.its the worse possible ending to such apromising offer..im contacting pctc for an investigation at least..dishonesty and selfserving behavour by employees of the nhs in such a vulnrable environment is scandle and my trust has gone completely in nealy all sps.nhs mental healths afarce now.point made more to come thanku.
