"Surgeons and nurses"

I had an operation in December 2011 by the consultant and his team for bowel disease, resulting having a colostomy bag for 4 months, the consultant and his team plus the staff in ward 6 were excellent. I had another reversal operation to remove the bag in April 2012. This was also carried out by the same team, and again was completely happy with everything related to my operation by them. I was admitted on January 2014 with a bowel obstruction for 4 days and again had excellent treatment.I know that the hospital has received some bad press, but I can I only speak as I find. I do hope that the Chief executive, the consultant and his staff plus the nursing staff in ward 6 and 7 are made aware of my comments and thanks. I did write a review in 2012 however it was not passed on to the named people. How sad. Y.f. Mr C.J,Smith
