"Inclusion Matters Sefton"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to access this service just when I need it. The therapist was very professional but at the same time came across as a very caring person. Only negative was the waiting room is very dull and unwelcoming. It needs brightening up as people suffering from some for of mental problems are very sensitive to their surroundings.

Dear Ms B,

Many thanks for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm pleased to hear that you were able to access our service when you needed it.

I agree with you about the importance of surrounding esp. in waiting areas. I wonder if you could email me to let me know which venue you had your appointment at, that way I can look into the possibility of making some changes. My address is elizabeth.lovell@nhs.net.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Lizzie
