"Excellent service in double quick time."

I was driven 17 miles to West Suffolk A&E with a nosebleed that would not stop. I was treated very quickly and with great professionalism and skill. The staff were kind and reassuring and the senior doctor on duty was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what to do; he had all the modern equipment he needed at his disposal. The doctor soon found the cause and stopped the bleeding. I was released an hour later and able to go straight home and have had no more problems since. We are all very grateful.
