"My fathers care"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My grateful thanks to all in A&E, CDU, and Minster ward for the way you cared for my elderly father.

Not enough people praise hospital staff when they do an amazing job. Your hard work and kindness is much appreciated. Thank you.

Sadly, he died on 6th of February on Minster Ward. I just wanted to say, 'Thank you', to everyone for their genuine kindness and care and how they helped my family to cope.
