"my health visitor"

I have 3 children 1 with disabilities and have struggled with postnatal depression and it go so bad that i didn't want to wake up in a morning. That coupled with the diagnosis of my sons illness and feeling lost, desperate, very lonely and in need of support and a friend I didn't know where to turn.

My health visitor from Seascale Health Centre came to see me and has never really left me. If I need her she is there. She has held my hand while I cried. Helped me fight for my sons rights, I can never ever thank her enough for all she has done for me and our family.

She knows us as a family and has helped me become a good mum who is not frightened to ask for help.

This lady cares with all her heart, nothing is too much trouble, what ever you need, be it an ear a shoulder or advice. She is more than willing to help.
