I agree with other users that consultation by various doctors in this hospital are terrible. I have been to a lot of consultants recently because I needed to change my rheumatoid arthritis meds because of an ultrasound scan showed something wrong with my liver probably due to my diabetes. I was also getting breathless. I rarely saw a consultant. The rheumatologist is trying to overturn diagnosis I have had for 38 years. Diagnosis made by the foremost doctors in my conditions. I am amazed that any doctor can function without hearing of false negatives, and refuse to do what they were asked to do which was change my medication, at the moment I am taking left overs of the drug I should not be taking in order to reduce my pain. Only one consultant addressed the other pain in my side that I have everyone else has ignored it. Also I am breathless so the cardiac people are going to give me a special exercise test to see if I am breathless instead of looking at my blood results. I can no longer get hospital transport to the Manor and have to spend £20 every time I come in. That is not "free at the point of delivery. It would be a travesty if the Manor got Foundation status.
