"Visit to clinic and venesection"

As usual I receive the same polite and courteous greetings from reception and as is normally the case I had a short wait before been seen by the consultant. The action to be taken and the time for my next consultation was discussed and I then moved into the clinic for the venesection. The whole procedure was relatively pain-free and conducted in a very relaxed and efficient manner. Once the procedure had been completed the usual checks of BP etc were made before I was free to go. I find this clinic one of the best I have attended over my many years involvement with the NHS.
