About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Consultant and all staff very pleasant, caring and explain things well. I had fine needle aspiration for cysts and a bit uncomfortable but fine and would have again. Staff very knowledgable and do everything to put your mind at rest. I would choose L & D again. My partner said front desk a little grumpy but maybe a bad minute for someone. I would say that the parking instructions on website are wrong and resulted in me pulling into the staff car park in rush hour of staff turning up. Jobs worth wouldn't lift the barrier to let me through. Resulted in staff trying to have a go at me at the barrier. I screamed at them. Not what you need when going to face the possibility of being told you might have cancer. Please sort the website instructions out!
