"nightmare to book in"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I attended the ENT dept, for the first time.NEVER been to sunderland hospital before. I Had an acute stroke so was not good on my feet (walking) after being dropped off at the entrance I asked at the info desk for direction to ENT,the girl was very nice and pointed me in the rite direction ,it was a fairly good distance but made it only to find out I had to go all the way back to book in. 'More information at the entrance please.'

Thank you for your feedback which is extremely useful. We will share this with the manager of the Outpatient Department and will ask them to consider improving signage and information at the entrance to the department.
