The staff on Ward 13 were amazing, from the lady who served the tea and coffee to the lady who came in to clean my room. Everybody was so caring and thoughtful in every aspect of my care.Nursing staff although busy explained everything to me, took time out to ensure I was comfortable, introduced themselves when staff changed. The standard of care, professionalism and cleanliness of this ward is a credit to each and every staff member. Well done you all do an amazing job
