"kept informed at Royal Alexandra Paisley A&E"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

My GP sent me to A&E in December 2013 as I had severe abdominal pains. The staff were excellent - I was kept informed of what was happening, in a way that I could understand and in a very friendly and understanding manner. Given how busy the A&E department became that day, I can only praise the attentiveness of the staff.

Dear SAJ

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very kind feedback.

I will ensure that this is passed on to those involved and I am sure that they will be very pleased to read your comments.

Once again thank you for using the Patient Opinion feedback system, it is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards
