What I liked

i went into the day surgery unit for a minor gynaecological operation. It was a very positive experience. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming. Everyone was professional, cheerful, and commited to looking after the patients. I was not patronised and was able to discuss what was happening with the staff. It could not have been better. Thank you.
