About: Medway Maritime Hospital

i have been treatedby the rheumitolgy team at medway for a year now although at first i was very aprehensive i have to say that i have always been treated with respect ,andi understand how busy the team are ,they always pleasant to me and explain things if i ask .i have learned over the years that if you dont ask the questions you may not get the answers so if so shouldnt blame the staff,they are doing a good job in a very busy dept . i do have one very small critism andthat is that follow up letters sometimes take a while to filter through ,but i understand that there are a lot of patients, and staff that write the letters also run clinics so its understandable, keep up the good work all the team
