"Chest pain"

About: Frenchay Hospital / Accident and emergency MIU - Westgate Centre Yate South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I had attended the NHS walk in clinic in Yate suffering with sever chest pain. They acted promptly due to the symptom's I was showing. An ambulance was called, they kept me informed at all stages what was happening, and tried to keep me as calm as possible under the circumstances, until the ambulance arrived. When the ambulance crew arrived, they took over, they were very caring and did everything they could to keep the situation less stress full. I feel that the treatment and service provided was second to none, I felt relaxed in their care.

My experience continued right through to my discharged from hospital.
