"The truth about individual care at NorthMid, A&E"

Really really bad, the staff are so rude for no reason this is a few Doctors and a majority of nurses, I think NHS should question who they are putting into hospitals. I mean if these staff cannot bear their jobs they should resign and stop taking it out for innocent patents that need/ seek help. I wouldn't recommend it at all. One thing that is positive is the cleanliness and the cleaners are so polite. I saw an elderly man left on the side and his gas and air had finished. Pure carelessness and we can't afford for things like this to happen otherwise the NHS are doomed. Do you really think if people weren't ill they would just come to the hospital no, most people have things to do so I feel these staff should just give common respect, I mean the whole rule of treat fellow human how you'd want to be treated I'm absolutely outraged, I will not be attending this hospital again. They should give people anonymous cards to fill out about nhs care you'll see the truth of that hospital.
