"Much respect for Nurses, cleaning saff etc on..."

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

Last week I was admitted to Swinley Ward from A and E (where I was well looked after)The nursing care was excellent, the ward was clean due to the hard work of the cleaners who where on during my stay 19 to 23 Jan 2014. The nurses couldn't do enough for their patients even though they were extremely busy not just some of the time but all of the time! The patients who couldn't feed themselves were helped by the staff, which was heartwarming to see. To say the least these nurses are true proffesionals.

Thank you for your kind comments following your recent admission through A&E and your stay on Swinley Ward. It is a pleasure to read such comments and to be able to feed these back to the staff as it reflects the hard work and commitment undertaken to ensure the patient comes first.

I will ensure that the Divisions of Medicine and Surgery are made aware of your posting and ask that this is shared with the staff.

Kind regards
