"I don't know yet...Using the new ..."

What I liked I don't know yet... What could be improved? Using the new "flexible" Choose and Book system I chose the hospital that I would have been referred to anyway in the "old days" - the Horton. I called the booking number and got through to a "Booking Agent". After providing my details I am then told by the "Booking Agent" that somebody will call me back in the next 48 hours to make the appointment. How is this an improvement? Very, very disappointed. Anything else? Hurry up and get the online booking sorted out. At least I won't have to wait two days to make an appointment. Though, in the big scheme of things, I guess two days isn't that much when I'm expecting to wait three months or more to actually see somebody.
