I have just been discharged from Circle Bath after a total knee replacement. Having had the other knee replaced 5 years ago at a different hospital, under private arrangements, I thought i knew what to expect. This hospital should be the benchmark for all other hospitals. it combines the skill of the surgeons with a collective ethos sadly missing in most of our everyday lives. From the moment I entered the doors, at some ungodly hour, to be greeted by a female security person, to the moment I waved goodbye to the Nursing staff I felt safe, secure and in the hands of people who cared. Procedures, staff, care. food, advice, help, assistance were all of the highest quality, Nothing but praise for all concerned and the best part...............All paid for by the NHS. A massive thank you to all at CircleBath.
