After a motorbike accident I was moved to Gloucester Royal Hospital A&E. From the outset I was treated with utter professionalism by the staff and I was informed of the way forward at all stages. My foot was at a wrong angle and after the X-ray, it was determined I had broken both bones in the ankle. My foot was reset and I had an operation the following day to repair the damage. I spent 4 days on 3A ward. The staff was busy at all times but managed to attend to all the needs of the patients. It was clear to see the staff was stretched at times and work really hard. I would like to take this time to say a big thank you, appreciated
"Ward 3A, thank you"
