"Nurses"

All the nurses, staff and consultant have been brilliant at stopping one from worrying. Thanks for this. Except the one, who wasn't at all people friendly, seemed rushed, blunt and pretty much rude. I could not wait to get out!! I am really hoping that this lady in particular is not assisting me on my next and hopefully final visit. No body shouuld get that level of treatment and from a service which has to work directly with people. I had much more time and praise for the bus driver, lady in the coffee shop out of West Middlesex Hospital. Admiration they deal with people from all walks of life but don't get so rude! I am writing this as need to get it off my chest so to speak! Please kindly train staff who genuinelly care and want to work with the public sector. Not a stroppy, rude nurse. Like i mentioned at the start of my comment - Everyone else has been great!
