"Caring and respectful attention ..."

About: Royal Derby Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Caring and respectful attention to my needs.

First class care and treatment.

Everything involved carefully explained.

Understanding of my particular situation.

What could be improved

I was told I would be able to have gas to put me to sleep before the procedures for the general anaesthetic but this was dismissed by the anaesthetist. As a result I became very sick & in danger of blacking out as the procedure commenced. However the staff were quick to rectify the situation.

Anything else?

Day case, five hours in and out! brilliant!
