"I received an excellent service from the ambulance crew "

(as the patient),

I received an excellent service from the ambulance crew who collected me from home and brought me back following an appointment at the Cosham Hospital.

My GP surgery arranged the transport for me. The ambulance arrived at 11: 40 and got me to the hospital at 11: 55 for a 12: 00 appointment. There were three crew members – one was a trainee, he was very helpful.

They waited while I had my appointment and then brought me home.
