"appalling treatment in fracture clinic today"

About: Warwick Hospital

I waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor in the fracture clinic today who didn't even look at my broken knuckle (which Warwick's A&E department were very concerned about 2 days previously) as he was too busy putting his coat on at the end of his shift. He had to be asked to look at the associated cuts to my fingers to check for any tendon damage. Whilst he was busy getting ready to leave, a member of staff proceeded to put on a wrist support (there is no wrist injury) which he then over-tightened straight across the broken knuckle. I am self-employed and was vaguely told 3-6 weeks recovery. I don't know about a follow up appointment and am not confident in the diagnosis as no reference whatsoever was made to the x-rays. I would like to be reassessed but don't know how to go about it.
