What I liked
Prompt, sympathetic, supportive help. Problems and options were carefully explained. The pathway to a positive outcome was made clear, both in terms of what Ineeded to do and what the hospital could do, and the aftercare and support were very good.
What could be improved
The initial wait in A&E was rather long.
