What I liked

Junior Doctor in A&E was very helpful and informative - she tried her best to help.

What could be improved

Attitude of consultant in Gastro Ward. Very dismissive of my symptoms and told junior doctor off in front of me for admitting me. It turned out she was right and he was wrong - I was quite ill afterall.

Anything else?

I have been on the end of poor administration, lost notes, lost letters and a consultant who does not seem to care what happens to his patients. I dread having need of the Gastro dept again in this hospital.
