"Check up with Opthalmic Dept for my 2yr old..."

I was so impressed by the level of care that was taken during the appointment, the Dr was so kind and considerate and my (usually clingy and shy) daughter was relaxed and answered all questions asked of her because she was spoken to so nicely and with real kindness and patience. The hospital staff in this department are always courteous and smiling when we visit. The department is clean and we have never had to wait too long to be seen. I am really impressed by the staff and especially the young Dr who made my little girl feel safe and made her experience of visiting a hospital a happy one. Exceptional patient care.
