In November this year I suffered a chronic and severe sore throat and after 5 weeks of it getting progressively worse is visited my GP, he prescribed antibiotics (don't they all) a 10 day course, after. 8 days a I was still in pain so returned and saw another GP he was quite dismissive but eventually agreed to refer me to ENT.

My experience with the Royal Gwent and Neville Hall hospitals and the people has been superb - the speed at which every test, xray, MRI, and ultimately surgery occurred was all in 3 weeks - I am currently in the hospital recovering from a Tonsilectomy - my experience has been fantastic and quicker than if had elected to go privately.
